Description
This guide shows you how to log in to the Roubler app for the first time and find your way around the main screens.
Steps
1. Install and open the app
- Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Search for “Roubler” and install the app.
Open the app once installation is complete.

2. Log in to Roubler
Open the Roubler app:
- On the login screen, enter your username or email provided by your employer.
Enter your password.
- Tap Log in.
Tip: Use the “Forgot password?” link if you don’t remember your password and follow the email or SMS instructions.
3. Get to know the home screen
Once logged in, you will usually see the Home or Dashboard screen.
Common items include:
- Your next Shift
- Roster – Shows your next shift details and location.
- Leave & availability – Request leave and check approved leave
- Documents - Company documents and policies shared with you
- Payroll - View your payslips
- Expenses - Record new Expence, view status of your expense requests
- Clock in / Clock out – Start and end your shift (and breaks, if enabled).
- Timesheets - If enabled, record and submit your timesheet
- Messages – See updates from your employer (e.g. roster changes).
Profile settings:
- Shift requests - View available shifts and accept them
- Personal Information - Edit name, mobile number, upload profile picture
- Financial and payroll details - Update your banking details
- Facial Verification - Give consent for facial verification
- Change password
- Logout
Troubleshooting
- I didn’t receive login details
- Check your email (including spam/junk) or SMS for a welcome message from your employer or Roubler.
- Confirm with your manager that your employee account has been set up.
- My login details don’t work
- Make sure you are using the correct email/username your employer uses for Roubler.
- Check for typos, especially in your email address and password.
- Tap “Forgot password?” on the login screen and follow the reset steps.
- The app won’t open or keeps crashing
- Close and reopen the app.
- Ensure you have the latest version installed from the App Store/Google Play.
- Restart your phone and try again.
- Check you have a stable internet or mobile data connection.
- I can’t see my shifts or information looks wrong
- Pull down on the screen to refresh the app (if available).
- Log out and back in.
- Confirm with your manager that your roster and details are published and up to date.

- Contact your manager or supervisor for issues like missing shifts, incorrect times, or access not being set up.
- If your business has an HR/Payroll or Roubler administrator, contact them for account or login problems.
- If your company provides an internal IT/Support desk or help center, log a ticket or follow your usual support process.
