How to log into Roubler Desktop Portal

Employees using the Roubler desktop portal to access their work profile, roster, and payslips.

Please note that all Roubler app Users can also use the Roubler desktop portal by using the same login details used in the Roubler App

Description

Use this guide to log in to Roubler from a desktop or laptop using your web browser.

Steps

  1. Open your web browser
    • Use Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
  2. Go to your Roubler login page
  3. Enter your login details
    • Click on "Sign in"
    • In the Email/Username field, type the email address or username given to you by your employer.

    • In the Password field, enter your password.

  4. Log in
    • Click Log in 
    • If correct, you’ll be taken to your Roubler dashboard.
  5. If you forgot your password
    • On the login screen, click “Forgot password?”.
    • Enter your email address and follow the link sent to your email to create a new password.
    • Return to the login page and try again.

Troubleshooting

  • “Incorrect email or password” error
    • Check for spelling, extra spaces, and capital letters.
    • Try resetting your password using “Forgot password?”.
  • I don’t know my login URL
    • Check your welcome / invitation email from Roubler.
    • Or ask your manager or HR/payroll team for the correct link.
  • I don’t receive the reset password email
    • Check your spam/junk folder.
    • Make sure you’re using the same email your employer has on your Roubler profile.
  • The page doesn’t load
    • Try another browser or device.
    • Check your internet connection and try again.

  • Your manager, or
  • Your company’s HR/payroll/people team

Provide them with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any error messages you see
  • The email/username and URL you are using to log in.
