This article is for Roubler users with Huawei phones who want to:
- Install and use the Roubler app via an APK download.
How to install the Roubler app on a Huawei phone
Because some Huawei devices don’t have the Google Play Store, you may need to install the Roubler app from an APK file.
1. Allow installs from unknown sources (if prompted)
- Open Settings on your Huawei phone.
- Go to Security or Security & Privacy.
- Look for Install unknown apps or Unknown sources.
- Select your browser (for example, Chrome) and enable permission to install apps from this source.
You can turn this permission off again after installation to improve security.
2. Download the Roubler APK file
- Open your browser on the Huawei phone.
- Go to:
https://www.apkmonk.com/app/com.roubler.roubler/ - Tap Download APK and wait for the file to finish downloading.
3. Install the Roubler app
- Open the Files or File Manager app on your phone.
- Go to the Downloads folder and find the Roubler APK file.
- Tap the file and then tap Install when prompted.
- Once the installation completes, open the Roubler app and sign in with your usual username and password.
Security reminder: Only download APKs from sources your organisation approves. After installing the app, you can go back to Settings > Security and disable installs from unknown sources if you wish.
Frequently asked questions and troubleshooting
I can’t install the APK on my Huawei phone
Check:
- You have allowed “Install unknown apps” / “Unknown sources” for the browser you used to download the APK.
- The download finished successfully (file is visible in Downloads).
- You tapped the APK file itself and then selected Install.
If it still fails, your organisation’s IT or internal support team may have extra security rules on Huawei devices. Contact them for help.
I installed the app but can’t log in
Common causes:
- Wrong username (for example, old email, personal email, or a typo).
- Wrong password (caps lock, saved/auto-filled password, etc.).
- Your employee profile has not been fully onboarded or activated yet.
What to try:
- Manually type your username and password (don’t rely on saved passwords).
- If you still can’t log in, follow the “How to reset your password (not logged in)” steps above.
- Download Google Chrome and use that as your Default internet browser
- If that still doesn’t work, contact your manager, HR or payroll team so they can:
- Confirm your username and profile status in Roubler.
- Help you with the correct login details or re‑send your onboarding invite if required.
Who to contact for help

-
Your internal IT or support team / Roubler administrator
- For device‑specific issues (like Huawei install problems) and technical login issues.
-
To use the administrator troubleshooting guide and, if required, follow your company’s process for any further escalation.
Your internal teams are responsible for helping you access Roubler and will coordinate any further steps needed behind the scenes.
