Description
Use this guide to find, open, and (where available) download your payslips in Roubler, and know what to do if something doesn’t look right.
Steps – How to view my payslip
1. On the Roubler mobile app
- Open the Roubler app and log in.
On the home screen or main menu, tap Payroll.
- You’ll see a list of payslips by date.
- Tap a payslip to open and review it.
- If your company allows it, use your device options to download or share the payslip (for example, “Open in…” or “Save”).
2. On the desktop portal (web browser)
- Log in to Roubler in your browser.
- Click your name / profile (usually top-right).
Open Finance & Payroll
- In the Payroll history / Payslips section, find the pay period you want.
- Click View to open the payslip; use your browser’s options to download or print if needed.
Troubleshooting
- I can’t see any payslips
Check that you can log in successfully (if not, follow your local login instructions or use Forgot password).
Make sure you’re looking in Payroll / Documents & Payslips / Finance & Payroll (labels may differ).
- If you are a new starter, your first payslip will only appear after your first pay run is processed.
- My latest payslip is missing
Payslips only appear after payroll has been processed for that period.
- If others in your team can see the new payslip but you can’t, contact Payroll/HR (see below).
- My payslip details are wrong (e.g. address, hours, pay)
Check that your personal details in Roubler are correct (for example, address).
If the payslip still looks wrong, do not edit anything yourself—contact Payroll/HR with the pay period and a brief explanation.
- The app won’t load or keeps crashing
Close and reopen the app; ensure you have the latest version from the App Store/Google Play.
- Try again on a web browser to check if the issue is only on mobile.

If you still need help after these steps:
- Your manager
- For basic questions (e.g. you can’t see a payslip or first-time access issues).
- Your HR / Payroll team
- If payslip amounts, tax, hours, or personal details are wrong.
- If a payslip is missing when you believe it should be available.
- Internal IT / Roubler support team (if your company has one)
- If you can’t log in, the app/website doesn’t load, or menus (like Payroll / Payslips) are missing
