Use this guide to find and open documents shared with you in Roubler, so you can read, download, or sign them where required.
Steps – How to view documents shared with me
Menu labels may differ slightly depending on how your company has set up Roubler (for example Documents & Notes, Documents, or Received documents).
1. On the desktop portal (web browser)
- Log in to Roubler in your browser.
Go to your employee profile (often by clicking your name or a Profile option).
Open Documents Library or the document icon.
Here you will see all the documents and folders of document that your company has shared with you.
Click View / Open to read the document.
2. On the Roubler mobile app
- From the Roubler home screen Select Documents
- You will be able to see all the documents your company has shared with you
- Tap to open a document
Troubleshooting
- I can’t see any documents on my profile
- Your employer may not have shared any documents with you yet, or
- Document access/permissions may be restricted.
- Ask your manager or HR/payroll team to confirm:
- That a document has been created and linked to you.
- That it is visible to employees.
- I can see documents on a computer, but not in the mobile app
- This can be normal if your company only exposes documents via web browser.
- Use a browser (on a computer or your phone) and log into Roubler there to view documents.
- Check with your manager or HR/payroll team how they expect you to access documents.
- The link in my email to a document doesn’t work
- Don’t keep using old links if you’ve had multiple emails.
- Ask your manager or HR/payroll to check the document is still active and to resend a new link if needed.
Who to contact for help
If you still need help viewing documents in Roubler, follow your internal process and contact:
- Your manager
- If you can’t find a document you expect (e.g. contract, policy, letter).
- Your HR / Payroll team
- If the content of a document looks wrong (role, hours, pay, personal details).
- If documents you should see are not appearing.
- Your internal IT or Roubler support team (if you have one)
- For technical problems accessing Roubler (browser issues, device restrictions).
Authorised internal teams will investigate and escalate to Roubler Support if needed.
