Employees who use the Roubler mobile app to clock in, clock out and record breaks for their shifts.
Description
Use this guide when you need to start or finish work or record a break using the Roubler mobile app. Always follow your workplace’s clocking and break policies.
Steps
- Open the Roubler app and log in
- Enter your username and password, then tap Sign in.
- If prompted for a code (MFA/2FA), enter the code you received.
- Go to the Clock screen
- On the home screen, tap the Clock or Clock in/out tile.
- On the home screen, tap the Clock or Clock in/out tile.
- Select your location (if asked)
- If a location picker appears, choose the site or area where you are working today.

- Clock in at the start of your shift
- Tap Clock in.
- If prompted allow Roubler to access your Camera to take photos
- Wait for the confirmation message/time stamp before closing the app.
- Start and end your break (if required)
- When you begin your break, tap Start break.
- When you return, open the app again and tap End break.
- Check for the confirmation each time.
- Clock out at the end of your shift
- Open the app and go back to the Clock screen.
- Tap Clock out.
- Complete any required questions or photo, and wait for the confirmation.
- Confirm your clock is recorded
- After each action (Clock in/out, Start/End break), make sure you see a success message and time before putting your phone away.

Who to contact for help
If you have problems clocking in or out:
- First contact your manager or supervisor (for day‑to‑day issues such as missing clocks or using the app).
- If the issue continues, contact your internal HR/Payroll or IT/support team following your normal process.
- Do not contact Roubler Support directly; your internal team will escalate if needed.
