Employees using Roubler who see the error "The invitation has already been accepted" when trying to join or log in.
Description
This error appears when your Roubler account has already been activated using that invitation link. You don’t need to accept the invitation again – you just need to log in to your existing account or reset your password.
Steps
- Stop using the invitation link
- Close any browser tab with the original invitation link.
- Do not click the invite link again.
- Go to the Roubler login page
- Open your browser and go directly to your usual Roubler login URL (provided by your employer).
- Log in with your existing details
- Enter your email address (or username) and password.
- Select Log in.
- If you don’t know your password
- On the login page, click “Forgot password?”.
- Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the reset email.
- After resetting your password, try logging in again.
Troubleshooting
- I never set a password / I don’t remember doing this
- Your account may have been set up by your employer. Try Forgot password? with the email address they use for you.
- I get ‘Email not found’ when resetting my password
- Confirm with your manager which email address is linked to your Roubler profile.
- Try again using that email address.
- I still see the error after logging out and back in
- Make sure you are not clicking the invitation link again from an old email.
- Bookmark the login page and use that instead of the email.
- I share an email with someone else
- Only one Roubler account can be linked to a single email. Check with your manager which email or login method you should use.

If you still can’t access Roubler after following the steps above, contact:
- Your manager or payroll/HR administrator at your workplace.
- Provide them with:
- A screenshot of the error message
- The email address you are using to log in
- The approximate date you first accepted the invitation.
